We should have built more Nuclear power plants and created a nuclear waste recycling program. I had surmised this in my 2002 car design thesis [link] even before anyone was talking about plug in series hybrids. You guys go ahead and buy your 40 mile per charge GM golf cart. The car will simply fall away if GM folds.
