We should have built more Nuclear power plants and created a nuclear waste recycling program. I had surmised this in my 2002 car design thesis [link] even before anyone was talking about plug in series hybrids. The fact that no journalists do their research to bring up all those connections is sad, sad. Call it the EV2?
