Volvo Cars launches all-electric Volvo C40 Recharge; all cars to be pure electric by 2030

Volvo Cars launched the battery-electric Volvo C40 Recharge; based on the CMA vehicle platform it is the first Volvo model designed as pure electric only. Following the introduction of the XC40 Recharge and now the C40 Recharge, Volvo Cars will roll out several additional electric models in coming years.

IVECO BUS signs a framework agreement for the sale of up to 500 electric buses in Belgium

signed a framework agreement with the Flemish government-owned public transport enterprise De Lijn for the sale of a first batch of 65 E-WAY full electric city buses and further batches up to a total of 500 vehicles. Volvo Cars? Chengdu car plant powered by 100% renewable electricity; 65% hydropower

Fisker Ocean production capacity ramping to 300 units per day in Q4; 3,123 customer vehicles built

Van Hool ships first CX45E electric coach to the US; 10 more to follow in 1H 2021; Proterra batteries, Siemens traction system

Van Hool, an independent Belgian manufacturer of buses, coaches and industrial vehicles, has shipped the first CX45E, a 100% battery electric coach, to the US. The all-electric CX45E will then be delivered to two North American customers. The CX45E is a fully electric powered coach for the North American market.
