Great style, drives equally as well as it looks, and gets more than 37 mpg. The EPA estimates fuel economy to be 37 mpg city/36 highway/37 combined. mpg, which moves the Tucson Hybrid AWD into the super fuel sipping category. In addition to a recent electric car deal with NISSAN Motors ( NSANY ), Portland General Electric, the Oregon state governor and GE have also announced a joint venture with Mitsubishi Motors ( MMTOF.PK ) to develop and sell the Miev electric car with 85 mile range by 2011. The transplant car companies….aren’t aren’t there yet.
