The Plug-in Car Grant will be distributed directly to consumers at the point of purchase and will be managed in a similar way to the grant made as part of the Government’s scrappage scheme. Once it has been in place for 12 months, there will be a review to assess whether any changes need to be made. Area Criterion. Vehicle type.
