In this project managed by the city of Saitama, Honda and Saitama will test the urban use of electric vehicles (EVs), plug-in hybrid vehicles and electric scooters. Tailoring educational initiatives to local needs, including implementing riding safety seminars featuring electric scooters and implementing electric cart seminars for seniors.

Plenty of EV and PHEV literature was distro'd to the instructors for further duplication. in addition to some 20 students coming out.
