The old adage states that two heads are better than one - and that’s what Suzuki and General Motors are determined to prove with their next generation hybrid system. The two motoring companies have joined forces with the intention of introducing the mid-size Kizashi saloon car to the North American market in 2011.

Suzuki is set to exhibit two new exciting green car concepts at the Tokyo Motor Show later this month, a Swift with Plug-in Hybrid system and an SX4 Fuel Cell Vehicle (FCV). The type of petrol engine used for the Hybrid is similar to the 3-cylinder 658 cc fitted to the compact and low tax ‘Kei’ cars in Japan. .
