You can fill it up at the gas station, and you can plug it in to any 120-volt outlet. PHEVs Are Cheaper to Run and Cheaper to Maintain [ to top ] 1/4 the Price? We can achieve that -- today -- with a plug-in hybrid (PHEV). A PHEV is essentially a regular hybrid with an extension cord. You dont have to plug it in.

I wish the thing was for sale as-is. The trouble is you then have to stop right away, which brings about some pretty strong regenerative braking action, something that Chrysler needs to work on before making the Circuit available for sale.
