Electric vehicles are "definitely affordable and environmentally friendly technology, and we think theres a huge potential market in China for them," Li Shufu, Geelys chairman, said in an interview Monday. "But low-cost commuter EVs like ours is already a reality, within the reach of thrifty farmers."
