This new company, Bright Automotive , is founded by ex-GM EV1 people, and the super efficient Rocky Mountain Institute to make plug-in hybrids in Indiana. Waters worked on the battery for the General Motors EV1 and also worked at Ener1, which makes lithium-ion batteries. But it does have experience on its side.
