Parking in these Coulomb charge stations is restricted to city-owned vehicles and Car Share companies under threat of towing. I wrangled a few hours of charging back in December from Bob Hayden, the SF Department of the Environment's EV Czar. Juice flows. A threat taken seriously in San Francisco. A small crowd gathers.
