Although charging infrastructure is beginning to find its way into cities, it may be awhile until they are available in residential neighborhoods en masse. Of course, EVs that arent designed for battery swaps wont use it, and plug-in hybrids wont need it. The rest of your claims are equally mind-numbingly dumb. not an issue.
