Hybrid market share in UK climbs to 1.3% in Q1 2012; Toyota and Lexus have >75%

Sales of hybrid-electric vehicles in the UK have steadily risen over the past five years, according to figures from the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders. Of that number of hybrids, 77,000 were Toyota or Lexus cars.
