Lincoln’s new MKZ Hybrid ( earlier post ) will be priced the same as its conventional gas sibling when it goes on sale this fall, with an MSRP starting at $35,180, including destination and delivery. Expected to begin arriving at US dealers in late November 2009, the 50-state certified A3 TDI delivers 42 mpg US (5.6 L/100km) highway cycle fuel economy—the highest highway fuel economy in the luxury car category, according to US Environmental Protection Agency estimates.
