We’re not holding our breath for that mythical $30,000 Chevrolet Equinox EV, but we figured retail versions of Chevy’s Silverado EV pickup truck and Blazer EV SUV would have reached the market by now. The EX30s we drove were quiet under any circumstance we encountered, with no audible motor or electronics whine and very little wind noise.
