Nonetheless, I do agree that it wastes of energy, reduces range and should NOT be mandatory. Read reviews, get free pricing, and much more. a cyclist is much quieter, and these cars do have horns still for people what step out in front. Must be nice to know that deafies are actually smarter than those hearie idiots! because I am one.
