FirstCNG will receive $300,000 to construct a compressed natural gas fueling station in Lake Forest (Orange County) to support taxis and other commercial vehicles near the John Wayne Airport. These buy-down incentives are reserved for vehicle manufacturers or their designated dealers and passed on to buyers in California at the time of sale.
