Its properties are concentrated in Texas, New Mexico, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, Louisiana and Montana. The new organization will be located in Fort Worth, Texas, in XTO’s current offices.
