Kia has given the Sonet mild cosmetic changes and feature additions to help it in the crowded compact SUV segment. On the outside, the biggest changes are with the lighting elements. The crash test facility was put up in 2004 – and off late, TML is taking the crash business very seriously – making safer cars – that have started denting Suzuki’s relatively light and fuel efficient cars. Light at 1200 W per sq m is put on the vehicle. We did see a dented Nexon EV in the facility.
