It initiated the start of the "Plug-in Arizona Educational Tour" for educating one AZ County at a time! And of course, now Plug-ins for extra credit! Most likely, the All American "Spirit of DC" made History again today -- becoming the first EVer Plug-in to be seen at Nogales High School. It'll be just after Thanksgiving.

Cheers EVADC'rs, PHEV'rs, and EVnthusiasts, One & All - After a Thanksgiving, fully stuffed and more, it was most gratifying to see that on her first "Plug-in Arizona" outing to Nogales, AZ, that the "Spirit" made the news on the front page of the Nogales International as follows. Army in Washington, D.C., and moved to Bisbee, he said.

Quicke sidenote: PHEV3A as an acronym now encompasses the Tour de AZ: "Spirit of DC" Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle All Around Arizona (PHEV3A) EVducational Tour (tho it could change, depending on sponsorship to AAA Tour de AZ, or even eTour de AZ). The general theme (and purpose) is: Plug-in Arizona! Phoenix, Maricopa Cty 15.

Note: After a stayover at Robb Protheroe's homestead in PetalumaThe "Spirit" was cooling her tires at Green Motors, Inc in Phoenix, AZ after a trip (see www.GreenMotorsInc.com under the care of Todd Barlow. Meanwhile, back at the shop, the team gets ready for the cross country run on solar and electric power.

Cheers PHEV3A'rs, EVADC'rs, and EVnthusiasts, One & All - The "Spirit" all charged up at the Ashers in Phoenix proceeded over to the Suiters in Glendale, essentially going 9 electric miles there. The "Spirit" was met by Ricky Suiter Rick.Suiter@yahoo.com with a plug at the ready for another opportunity charge while visiting.
