To help facilitate this goal, the Department of Transportation is building a network of 500,000 EV chargers to connect the country along its network of interstate highways by 2030. The US federal government wants at least 50% of new vehicle sales in the US to be electric by 2030.

National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Program Each of the 50 states, Washington, DC, and Puerto Rico was allocated funds to distribute to eligible businesses. Any installed Blink charger will be connected to the Blink Network where you will be able to control various aspects of your chargers, like pricing.
