Canada-based Osum Oil Sands Corp. In anticipation of regulatory approval, the Company continues to advance its detailed and long-lead engineering with completion expected in 2012. McCarthy Tetrault LLP acted as Canadian legal counsel while Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP acted as United States legal counsel to Osum.
