Motorcycles, three-wheeled vehicles, neighborhood electric vehicles, and other non-conventional passenger vehicles are not desired and will be deemed non-responsive to the announcement. The vehicles shall be demonstrated at geographically and climatically diverse locations to be reviewed by DOE.
