US DOE Awards $300 Million in Clean Cities Grants to Support Alternative Fuels, Vehicles, and Infrastructure Development

Like the Recovery Act-funded projects, the annual Clean Cities projects include grants for vehicles, infrastructure, and education. Additionally, an extensive public awareness program will expand the interest and adoption of alternative fuels and advanced vehicle technology in the Midwest region. Total DOE award: $14,999,905.
