The project will be the next step in CTDOT's zero emission bus deployment program with the goal to minimize the carbon emissions of Connecticut's bus fleet. Because the charging stations will utilize Jacksonville Electric Authority's Solar Smart Power program, the buses will truly have zero emissions. City and County of Honolulu.
