For GEVA, the center has provided needed space for chapter meetings, as well as larger space for National Drive Electric Week (NDEW) events. The club started in 2006, when you couldn’t buy an electric car. My goal at the time was to drive it to work 10 miles away, at the Department of Physics at the University of Missouri.
