Caroline Reichert, an RWE spokeswoman, noted that the idea here is to ensure that "a car can be recharged in Italy in exactly the same way as in Denmark, Germany or France." Tesla probably did not sign up because they are already making EV cars. Line breaks and paragraphs are automatically converted — no need to use or tags.
