So far Israel, Denmark, Australia , Hawaii and California’s Bay Area have plans to implement the Better Place model. Electric cars in the garages would double as battery packs for when energy supplies are scarce. Wind, solar and nuclear could easily change our electrical sources. The elegance of that is wonderful.
