These underwater sand dunes adorn the seafloor between Andros Island and the Exuma islands in the Bahamas. As it travels, Earth rotates under it, so on its next pass, it will be above a different part of Earth. This could mean they record how much red, green, and blue light is reflected from different parts of the ground.
