Parking in these Coulomb charge stations is restricted to city-owned vehicles and Car Share companies under threat of towing. Making one spot available over the weekend would be one way to demonstrate a commitment to public access to this publicly funded infrastructure. Juice flows. A threat taken seriously in San Francisco.
