Caroline Reichert, an RWE spokeswoman, noted that the idea here is to ensure that "a car can be recharged in Italy in exactly the same way as in Denmark, Germany or France." The "normal plug" idea doesnt neccessarily work dude. Also, Im not so sure that blocking huge amounts of solar energy will not have long term effects on Earth.
