The partner states are California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island and Vermont. Together they represent about a quarter of the nation’s new car sales. A key task here is the development of consistent policies, codes and standards to facilitate the deployment of charging stations.
