Two themes emerged from the 2022 Chicago Auto Show: special edition vehicles and those powered by some sort of electricity. The special edition vehicles included trucks and SUVs sporting an array of accessories and trim kits, while cars and SUVs using electricity are continuing to grow more dominant by the day. Fuel economy numbers have not been announced, but the same gasoline-hybrid power plant in the Toyota Tundra pickup gets 20 mpg city/24 highway/22 combined. The I-Force Max engine was smooth and powerful with the instant torque from the electric motor. An engine now augmented by electric drive. Smooth Performer.
