Electric Cars and The Volt Can Transform America and the Auto Industry TODAY!!! While, I might personally like a plug-in hybrid that then goes to hybrid, to get the market ready for the technology, an EV range / dual-fuel car can work. GM should add the Volt technology to every car. Toyota is basically 100 miles per gallon.

It is aggressively in talks with Portland General Electric Plug-In Charging Stations , ( POR ) and other states including Michigan, and California that are scrambling to offer incentives. Glad to see the variety & availability of electic commuter cars (vs hybrids & PHEV) is rising.
