Electric Cars and The Volt Can Transform America and the Auto Industry TODAY!!! While, I might personally like a plug-in hybrid that then goes to hybrid, to get the market ready for the technology, an EV range / dual-fuel car can work. In addition, I recently told someone about Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G).

It is aggressively in talks with Portland General Electric Plug-In Charging Stations , ( POR ) and other states including Michigan, and California that are scrambling to offer incentives. The true impact of electric vehicles should consider the make-up of the power grids where these cars will be used.
