On Saturday, January 28, over 150 members attended the official annual meeting and ride-and-drive at Aptera headquarters in Carlsbad, over 100 staying for dinner. Many of the chapter members are very involved in teaching and certifying service and maintenance technicians for light electric vehicles.

Also maintenance on these (no oil changes to speak of) etc will cost much less than an internal combution propelled car. Or if you don’t want to go into details, just compare the Volt to the Aptera :-) — James 15. It is also flex so that future biomass fuels such as cellulosic ethanol, methanol can be used (no oil).
