What isclear is that the full £5,000 will not be available for a £8,000 G-Wiz or a£15,000 Smart EV. Electric cars remain dependent on the development of better,affordable batteries. So the car uses an electrical store to power the drive motor. Mike, Epworth, UK Ok. May I ask what powers the heater?
