Meanwhile, brands ranked near the bottom included Chrysler, Mercedes-Benz, Rivian, Volkswagen, Jeep, Volvo, GMC, and Lincoln. SUVs, crossovers, and minivans were next.

Jeep has mixed results, falling two spots to 22. While the Chrysler 300 improves to “Average,” the Pacifica minivan falls to “Below-Average.” However, Acura seems to have worked out recent trouble spots with its new transmissions and infotainment systems. Chrysler drops seven spots to number 24.
