As of January 2018, California had a total of 16,549 public and nonresidential private-sector charging outlets. Public Policy: National governments including China, the UK, France, the Netherlands and India have stated the intention to phase out the internal combustion engine. This works out to 0.05 million ZEVs on the road by 2025.
