Since it was not a Level 2 charger, I knew it would not gain much juice overnight. It was almost an hour before the inconsiderate owner returned to retrieve his fully charged car, but at least he was apologetic. Instead, I drove to Cleveland and then back westward to the center of Iowa, where I visited a relative.
