I researched the technology, then the opportunity, the business, the competition, the people, the financing, the history. This needed to be an easy DIY project, a quick upgrade. In 2016 Google decided to sell Nest, so I left the company. So I let the idea catch me. I came back to Silicon Valley and got to work. People loved it.
