President Barack Obama announced the availability of the funding during a visit to Southern California Edison’s Electric Vehicle Center today. Motorcycles, three-wheeled vehicles, neighborhood electric vehicles, and other non-conventional passenger vehicles are not desired and will be deemed non-responsive to the announcement.
