This entails leveraging re-dispatch over the grid to substitute generation at the most carbon-intensive affected EGUs with generation from less carbon-intensive affected EGUs (including natural gas combined cycle [NGCC] units that are under construction). Based on this input, EPA will finalize the standards in June 2015.
