Hyundai will initially offer the Sonata Plug-in Hybrid in the ZEV states—California, Connecticut, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island and Vermont—in 2015. Overall length and width of the 2016 Sonata PHEV/HEV has been increased by more than 1 inch compared to the 2015 Sonata HEV.
