Plug-ins would simple be either pure EVs or PHEVs, and hopefully tapping into homegrown American electrons for the drive to have America energy independence once again. In fact, "Cash for Clunkers" should also be expanded to "Cash for Conversions!" The general theme (and purpose) is: Plug-in Arizona!
