The Shenhua Baotou Coal-to-Olefins Project was completed in Baotou, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region on 31 May. Mt/a methanol and 600,000 t/a of polethyelene and polypropylene—is to be operational this year and is the world’s largest coal-to-olefins project. SHenhua’s Coal-to-Olefins process.
