Cadillac is the worst-rated domestic manufacturer and ranks near the very bottom at 28. Volvo finished last overall. Just as we’ve seen with many other manufacturers, major changes and updates can cause reliability to slide. Volvo drops six spots from last year as it rapidly brings a number of new models to market.
