Members of Mid-America Electric Auto Association (MAEAA) , straddling KansasCity and stretching into Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma, have been active in challenging two pieces of legislation in the Kansas State Legislature, including a 2019 ordinance to level a demand charge on the state’s solar-powered homes.

And personally I like better simple solutions. Neutral Kaitou KID @ Apr 19th 2009 4:45PM not if the electricity is from ultra efficient solar panels, hydroelectric dams or wind. I imagine there will be tax incentives to build green generators when were at that stage. Neutral who? @ Now where to get that pesky hydrogen.
