Mr. Moore made available his Papillion home’s historic dryer outlet as a recharging site when the roadtrip reached the vicinity of Omaha, Nebraska. This converted Toyota Prius is another type of Plug-in --a PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle).
