Harry’s 200-unit condominium building in Minneapolis, Minn., has no EV chargers in its five-story indoor parking garage. She uses an extension cord that plugs into a standard electrical outlet, since DeWhitt and her partner aren’t allowed to use the rental home’s garage. The other challenge was where to charge the EV.
